1. Who we are

seateasy.co ("SeatEasy," "we," "us") is operated by JMJS Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with a business address at 5888 Saint Annes Way, Boca Raton, FL 33496. Contact: admin@seateasy.co.

2. What this site is

This site is currently a pre-launch preview and waitlist. You can join our waitlist and preview features we are building. You cannot yet purchase tickets on SeatEasy. Marketplace integrations, inventory coverage, and checkout are being finalized and will be governed by additional terms when they launch.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use this site or join the waitlist.

4. No affiliation

SeatEasy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any ticket marketplace, venue, promoter, team, league, or performer unless expressly stated. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

5. Pre-launch limitations

Events, venues, prices, seat maps, and features shown may be incomplete, illustrative, or subject to change, and any price ranges shown reflect data from third-party sources at the time of retrieval, not an offer by SeatEasy. We make no guarantee that any event, price, or ticket will be available. We do not currently sell tickets, take payment, or hold inventory.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully; scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content except as expressly permitted; interfere with or probe the site's security; misuse the waitlist or SMS features; impersonate others; or infringe our or others' rights.

7. Intellectual property

The SeatEasy name, site design, text, and graphics are owned by JMJS Holdings, LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to view the site for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information shown is accurate or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JMJS Holdings, LLC and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed USD 100.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify JMJS Holdings, LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the effective date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
