JMJS Holdings, LLC ("SeatEasy," "we") operates seateasy.co. Contact: admin@seateasy.co.
2. Information we collect
- You give us: name, email address, phone number (if you join the waitlist or opt in to texts), and any optional survey answers.
- Automatically: device and browser information, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, and referral information, via cookies and analytics.
- From referrals: if someone shares a link with you, we may record that referral connection.
3. How we use it
To operate and improve the site; to add you to and manage the waitlist; to send the launch and service messages you consented to; for product research (including optional survey answers); for security and fraud prevention; and to comply with law.
4. When we share it
We share personal information with service providers who act on our behalf under contract, such as hosting, analytics, email, and SMS providers. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to comply with law or protect our rights. We do not share numbers entered for texting with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Text messages
If you opt in, we send automated marketing texts as described in our SMS Terms. Consent is not a condition of anything. Reply STOP to opt out.
6. Retention
We keep waitlist and consent records while the waitlist is active and as needed for legal and security purposes, then delete or de-identify them.
7. Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from email (link in each message) and stop texts (reply STOP). Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing. Residents of California and similar jurisdictions: we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), where applicable. 8. Children
The site is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes
We may update this notice; the effective date reflects the latest version.
